CALL FOR DONATIONS & ADOPTION OF PRIZES & AWARDS FOR THE 2025 GCI VALEDICTORY SERVICE & PRIZE GIVING DAY

 Dear Old Boys,

Our Alma Mater - Government College Ibadan's 2025 Valedictory Service and Speech & Prize Giving Day is in the offing. The event traditionally comes up at the tail of 3rd Term of every Session, precisely July/August of every year. That of year 2024 was held on 4th August, 2024.

The GCI School Governing Board cordially calls on Sets, Branches, Households and Individual Old Boys & Young Girls, to pick prizes and/or awards, sponsor and adopt.

Prizes and/or awards can be

a. Cash prizes (Donor(s) can be present himself or herself or themselves to directly present the cash prizes to the beneficiaries on the Valedictory Service and Speech and Prize Giving Day.

Or.

b. Vouchers (Donor(s) can make a down payment to Bookstores such as Booksellers Ltd, have the vouchers printed and presented to the beneficiaries on the Valedictory Service and Speech and Prize Giving Day, after which the beneficiaries will visit the Bookstore to claim the value of the voucher.

Or.

c. Relevant Academic/Educational Gift, which can be presented directly to the beneficiaries on the Valedictory Service and Speech and Prize Giving Day.

Kindly note that Awards and Prizes donors are to fill in the attached GCIOBA Donations Form prior to the presentation for proper documentation
